Not comfortable after 2 months

I got my slippers as a Christmas gift, I been wearing it everyday but now they’re not comfortable the cushions sole are hard. I don’t know if a just got a bad pair.

Comfortable, durable

These are very comfortable and supportive slippers. I've worn them for 2 months now and they are retaining their shape and form well. I like that the bottoms don't scuff hard floors.

Inconsistent Sizing

Because my worn out pair of Vionic Sadie slippers were a size 8 and were always a little roomy in fit, I bought the Gemma II Mule slippers in a size 7. The size 7 also seemed roomy after wearing them a few days. I compared them to my old pair by fit and by measurement. They measured almost the same from toe to heel! I was able to do a very simple exchange on the website (which was great!) for a size 6, figuring they must run quite big. Unfortunately no. The size 6 was much too small from toe to heel. I had to return them for a refund. That was also a very simple process which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I've lost my confidence in buying from this brand online and will be looking elsewhere.

Poor design

Left slipper felt good, but not the right slipper. The way the slipper was designed left an area that poked the outer part of my foot. I miss the slippers they stopped making.

Okay, but wish they had more arch support

Like all Vionic shoes, they run on the wide size, so if you have narrow feet, you'll need to use the strap. Thankfully, the Velcro strap makes adjusting the slippers easy. There isn't as much arch support as I'd like, so wearing them all day isn't an option for me (I over-pronate and have metatarsal pain, so I need a firm arch). They are lovely to step into first think in the morning, and when I get home from work.

Crappy Slippers is

These shoes are so overpriced. I’ve worn Gemma(s) for many years. They are not the same. After one week, they were squeaking and sounded like you were walking on plastic paper. The footbed feels like thin cheap paper and the form is collapsing too. They want you to break them in before they are expected to feel comfortable.Thats so you are unable to return them. Don’t waste your money on these slippers that should be pulled off the market.
