Stiff uncomfortable upper design
I bought these about a week ago to replace my 3 year old Vionic slippers which were starting to show wear. These new slippers have a hard uncomfortable upper that rubs and hurts my feet. The arch support is fine but this new design of the upper part is truly awful. So disappointed I wasted money on these and now have to search for a new slipper.

comfortable and warm
these ez slip ons are fun around the house. They are comfortable but reminiscent of earth shoes where your heel is a bit lower than the rest of your foot. They take a bit of time to get used to, but I like them. They are well made and I'm glad I have them.

Great arch support!
This is my first pair of Gemma mule slippers. I've worn my old Vionic slippers for 2 years and loved them, but that style has been discontinued. I was relieved to find that the Gemma mules are just as comfortable and supportive as the older pair I have. The arch support is excellent, and I look forward to sliding my feet into them when I get home from a long day. These slippers are expensive but very worth it!

Gemma slippers
Nice, comfortable slippers, but the flap below the Velcro strap gets easily folded over so you have to reach down to fix it before you put your foot in it, so it’s not as easy to slip into as it should be. I think it’s a design flaw, but comfortable slippers regardless.

Falls off your foot when you walk
I loved the original Gemma slipper but this one has elastic on the top & when you walk it does not stay on your foot well. I had to return them. I had at least 4 pairs of the original. I’m so disappointed the new version is different.

Gemma slippers
This is my second pair. I love how comfortable and warm they are. I've tried many good brands but these are the ones I wear all the time.

Where is Quality Control
Own many Vionic slippers. Last 2 purchases disappointing. Poor stitching on the Relax and the Gemma right shoe toe box basically had a toe mold in slipper and top of toe box cardboard hitting top of foot. With a flashlight you can see a molded toe imprint. Slippers are expensive and should not get through quality control without seeing this.
