With Plantar faucitis and tendonitis in my Achilles tendons, I needed support at home as well as at work or walking. I discovered Vionic several years ago and they have made a world of difference. I wear Vionics exclusively at home and mostly for all else and experience little or no foot and ankle pain now. I love the velcro adjustment on top as sometimes my feet swell so I can loosen them or tighten them as needed.

I called Macy’s and notified the seller through the Macy’s portal that I have not received the product. The product was shipped but is stuck somewhere in transit for over 15 days. My phone call to Macy’s was the worst experience: the first representative asked for a lot of personal information to cancel the order, and when I said that my phone number, email, and order number have always been sufficient in the past, she hung up on me. As much as I enjoy shopping at Macy’s, I may need to reconsider doing so. I hope my account is credited as soon as possible for the double failure: The product was not received. The initial customer‑service call was mishandled.
