Caution Ordering Based On Reviews

Sized down d/t reading reviews . . Wrong decision, would have been perfect if I kept my original size; now shoe is snug, causing blisters, wish I could exchange; I ordered black suede, maybe if you order leather you need to size down 🤔

Run big but found a fit

These shoes run huge! I got the 9.5 wide and they were way too big. Then I got the 8.5 wide. Still big but I wear them anyway. Didn’t want to bother with a second return. They are adorable, I got the glittery pink. Some arch support but they are flats so don’t expect much. I use my orthotics when I wear them. Helps them fit snugger and supports my arch better.

Too Large

Unfortunately, I bought this as a final sale. Unfortunately, because the cream leather needed to be 1/2 size smaller but I cannot return them. The black suede fit OK. Why do they fix differently? Why can't I exchange them is the real question.
