Poor fit
Not a good fit. Toe box is too small. Blisters on my heels.

Not well sized
Great quality and material. The size is slightly different in my opinion. Too wide for a medium, and too short for a 9.5.

Nice shoe
I think this is a good quality great looking shoe and I’m giving it five stars, but I find it very odd that the arch insert, the arch hits way too close to my heel almost 1/4 of the total dimension from my heel and other shoes have always hit at about 1/3 from the end of my foot. I called and the gal was quite nice but had no solution so I just borrowed an insert from another shoe I have and it fit in fine, but I just thought that was somewhat odd.

not for me
I thought these shoes did not live up to the hype. I found them too flat, slightly narrow, and the leather was quite stiff. Concerned about breaking them in, I returned. I think the Uptown loafer is a much better shoe- both the buttery soft leathers and the sole are more comfortable for my feet.

Bring back the Original Willa!!!
The Shape, fit & comfort are gone. Sad that the classic Willa was changed to this unfortunate shoe.

Nice comfy fit
These are comfortable but not too supportive so I am going to wear them for outings that don’t involve a lot of walking. I sized up 1/2 a size . Ordered my regular size first and toes were a bit crowded. Like the style.
