Perfect combo of quality and size for the basics

This was a great purchase after our Ninja died. Makes nut milks like a dream and fits under the top cabinets. Was worried at first if it would be too small but it’s perfect for what we make (mostly smoothies, pesto, hummus and nut milks) and I don’t miss the pre-programmed buttons we used to have- the dial to move from low to high speed works just fine.

Amazing Machine

Honestly, I don't know how I lived without this for so long. I'm new to being a vegan and this has been incredibly helpful. Everything I have tried, from sauces to smoothies has turned out silky smooth. It blends things quickly, is super easy to clean and is not as loud as I had expected. I'm very happy with my purchase!!

My Vitamix Explorian 10-Speed Blender is less than three years old, but the blades are already stalling and stopping while blending. This is very disappointing, especially for such an expensive blender. It's not worth the high cost if it doesn't even last three years.

Hi, we are sorry to hear of your experience. The behavior you are experiencing is common and easily fixed. If ingredients are not freely circulating, this is a symptom of air getting trapped between ingredients and the blades, which can affect the blending performance. This is easily resolved by the use of the tamper, which will accelerate the flow of food through the blades. While the machine is running and with the lid firmly in place, insert the tamper through the lid plug opening and begin working it in the four corners of the container. As the food travels around the side of the container, the tamper directs it right into the blades. If there is an air pocket around the blade, the tamper will release the air pocket and create a continuous flow of food through the blades.
