Excellent for joints and all things menopause

Great brand!

I have been using this for over 6 months and I can tell a difference. Nails grow fast and hairstylist says there is almost no hair loss in the sink after she washes my hair! I can tell my hair is not as thin on the sides and back of scalp. Prefer the unflavored flavor. Dissolves well with no clumps.
