Great picture lots of apps

About this a few days ago so that I could have the spectrum app on there which loaded very easily. My only complaint is the remote does not have a pause feature.

One complaint

The TV responds very slow to channel changes. Just when I think the TV isn't going to respond, it does. Why can't I criticize the the embedded apps and programs (menus, etc.)?

Required App

I don’t want the Visio app . I feel it was forced on me to set up the TV. I also think Visio is pushing me to add more apps and streaming services. It is annoying every time.
