Being able to use tv for the first time was a pain

Bought tv and wasn’t allowed to use it until I activated an account. Normally that’s not an issue. It was very very difficult. I did everything I was supposed to. Finally I had to download the app and then was allowed to use the tv I bought. I would recommend this product but only a non smart tv version.

Recent purchase of Vizio QLED

Thus far, my first impression the Vizio 43inch smart TV has prove to be a wise choice. The setup process was surprisingly easy, after software update, install soundbar and Firestick it's been a satisfying journey.

The remote control doesn’t work very well

The remote control doesn’t work very well Especially the down button. Most the time the down button doesn’t work. Been like that since I bought it a few months ago.

Easy set up and like the microphone

We bought a Smart TV but it didn't have enough HDMI etc. so we opt to buy this Vizio. This Vizio had all the hook ups we needed for extra devices. We like the voice command microphone.

5th Vizio tv.... can't quite dial in picture

I'm having a challenge dialing in the picture . I just want o set it and leave it for all modes . BUT too much differences in picture quality between calibrate , bright and sports . Oh well I'll keep trying to adjust
