Excellent Smart TV

We have had this TV for a little over a year and we enjoy it very much. One challenge that we deal with on a regular basis is trying to navigate through the customer interface, which seems that it was never customer tested for ease of use. It was obviously developed by some programmers who have no idea how or what real people process customer interface.

Hum

After having it for a few years, it all a sudden quit connecting to the internet although the signal strength was strong. Went and reset the tv and then updated the tv, and it said it was too old to update (although it was about 5 years old). Kept playing with it and by some miracle, it updated. I still believe it's a good tv, but you need to work on a strategy to keep a stronger internet connection after years on the tv.

Great Smart TV

I bought this TV a year and a half ago. It was the first Vizio I purchased for myself and I have not been disappointed. It has a great picture and I do not need to use a roku with it. Vizio also provides free programming as an added bonus. What more could you want?
