so dissatisfied

I thought the reviews were great. Grandson was so excited, but cars got stuck every time even tried switching track so cars went opposite direction... still got stuck. Called vtech and had me trouble shoot, they deemed it defective and had me return to Macys. Return window was closed but store associate returned no problem. Such a shame it was such a cute track. We have a few other GoGo smart wheels sets and they are fantastic.

Disappointed

Really wish I could have given this 5 stars. I was so excited to find this for my grandson only to be very disappointed. The cars get stuck in the curves every single time. It would have been a very nice track if it worked properly. There were cardboard attachments that we did not even put on. If so, are grandson or any child would have torn those off the first time using it. They were just in the way and really served no purpose. I really should have returned this item and got my money back, but the nearest store is at least an hour away.
