Bad Customer Service

Thank you so much. I’m not sure if anyone will ever respond, but this situation really highlights why customers continue to be treated this way. When customers are treated horribly, the response is often financial compensation instead of addressing the real problem—proper training and accountability for employees who behave unprofessionally. Money does not fix disrespectful behavior. What needs to be addressed is how employees interact with customers and the lack of consequences when that behavior crosses the line.
