This particular item is defective - way too big

I already have this bra is Sand and I love it. I had ordered the black (same size) and its not supportive at all. I dont know if its a defect but I am very disappointed. I was so sure of the bra that I took the label out so not sure if I can return it but its useless for me. Wacoal, how can you have the same bra, with the same size but different fit. its like I have been send something which a size bigger. Especially when you charge the customers to pay for the returns, your products should not be so misleading.

Pleased with this purchase

This bra provides really good support for fuller bust. It can be difficult to find a strapless bra that is supportive, stays put and looks nice, under strapless tops/dresses.
