Disappointed with Macy's

I'm very upset with Macy's. I changed my email and my address which includes my mailing address. I called after to make sure they have the new address. I was told yes. Yet they mail my order to the old address where I would not receive it because it will be taken by the person who lives in the apartment or someone in the building .I'm not responsible I won't be paying for something I don't receive. I'm not sure if I'll be using Macy's any time soon. I'm very upset and unhappy.

Perfect Bra

I rarely re-ordered the same bra because they were rarely perfect. However, this is a perfect one for me in every aspect and I'm reordering a few more. I want to note that the straps are not adjustable, but for someone my size 52 it's just perfect. I hate those metal or plastic pieces for adjusting the bras and they show up under t-shirts. I'm guessing that if you're taller than 55-57 then the straps might be a bit short for you. Then the cup size, another perfect coverage, not too much, not too little and all around comfortable - would probably not work too well in term of support for big cups though. No underwire, it feels almost like wearing a cotton t-shirt. I just don't have anything negative to say about this bra.

Straps Too Short and Not Adjustable

How can you not have adjustable straps on a bra?? I’m 5’7”, and these bra straps are way too short. Also, the back size fits small. Order a size up if you’re considering this bra.
