Amazing Product, Outstanding Customer Support

I recently bought five of these bird feeders as a way to remember my father who passed away. He loved watching the birds everyday and would try to share pictures of the them with us. It is a good memory. To remember this great man, I purchased these for my siblings and myself. Somewhere in the set up and placement of the birdfeeder, I lost the wall mount. I went to the hardware store and wasn't able to figure out a solution. Frustrated, I reached out to Wasserstein for help. I immediately got an email response. In just a few emails, I received a replacement wall mount for my feeder. The product is great. It fits my existing camera network perfectly. The birds love it! Thank you to the amazing employees at Wasserstein for making this memory good again :)

Great way to Make your own bird cam setup

I bought this as a gift for my parents after researching a variety of bird feeder with cameras. I saved a lot of money doing it this way instead of the all in one other brand feeder cameras. Plus, if they ever don't want it they will still be able to use the camera for something else. We use it with the Blink camera and it's very clear. I also added on cheap hummingbird feeder clips instead of the piece it comes with. Worked perfect. I had questions prior to purchase and customer service response was quick and accurate. I am very glad I chose this product and highly recommend this company..

Easy to set up. Provides daily enjoyment!

I purchased this for my mom for Mother’s Day. She loves it! It was easy to put together and set up. She has lots of birds in her backyard so I’m excited to see who comes to visit. So far we’ve had a chickadee and a mama squirrel that showed us her rear for an hour! It has been very entertaining!

Bird’s eye view

So much fun watching the birds! We have several feeders and birdbaths in the backyard with lots of feathered visitors year round in Florida. We were able to attach/hang the feeder to a shepherd’s hook. The blink camera fit inside easily. Highly recommend.
