More money, ornaments keep getting smaller

I have been purchasing these ornaments for over 20 years and the price keeps going up and the ornaments keep getting smaller. My preteens even commented about how small they have gotten this year when decorating the tree.

Waterford Christmas Ornament

This is the 41st Waterford ornament I have purchased as it's a traditional Christmas gift to my wife. It is disappointing that they stopped making the dated annual crystal ornament several years ago and went to a year-tag on a generic ornament. I guess they had too many that didn't sell. Macy's is my go-to for these as the always come through flawlessly.

Snow crystals need 6 points! This is an inaccurate depiction of a snow crystal/snowflake. You don’t actually have to be a scientist to know this!

Snow Crystals have 6 sides

Snow crystals have 6 sides. This is a horrible gift for anyone that truly loves snowflakes and understands the science behind how the crystals are formed. An 8 sided snowflake is scientifically impossible.
