The Christmas Gift that Never was

Item order 12/3, never came, reordered, never came. No reason given, just a refund appeared. Terrible experience and I actually CHOSE to use Macy’s over other retailers. Big mistake. Disappointment overload in one of the last bastions of American retailers. Head spinning.

More money, ornaments keep getting smaller

I have been purchasing these ornaments for over 20 years and the price keeps going up and the ornaments keep getting smaller. My preteens even commented about how small they have gotten this year when decorating the tree.
