Nice, classic crystal ornament of good scale.

I have bought one Waterford ornament Every year since I was married (1987). I love that the recent designs are a bit more contemporary and less ornate. Like this years very much and I bought it post-holiday on sale (a new tradition).

Waterford's excellent ornaments drop in quality.

I have been collecting Waterford Crystal annual ornaments since 2005. I've notices how they have simplified the designs, cheapened the boxes and hooks and especially this year the box did not have the year marked on it. These decorations aren't cheap knock-offs. So why would Waterford lessen their high standard? I would rather pay $20 - $30 more than have these 'treasured' items drop to the level of plain glass do dads. I plan to send these thoughts to Waterford also.
