I loved that Macy's had the product offering available. The glass is everything I was expecting and hoped it to be. I came packaged very well.

Ordered these glasses for a gift. They may have been nice but when received they were both shattered. And I do mean shattered!!! Shards of glass were everywhere in the box. I called the Customer Service line and explained the situation and the service rep indicated that the glasses would be replaced free of charge. That - I appreciated. Two days later, I received an email stating that since it was confirmed that the glasses were received by me, they would not replace or credit the glasses. Huh???? How could I know they were broken if they weren't received. The majority of returns have been received by the customer! I am now going to have to make a long trek to a Macys store to return the glasses in person - which I definitely will be doing! I'm truly done with Macys!! They treat their customers very poorly and, obviously, they don't train their associates on how to pack glass items. I can see why this store is having financial difficulty.

This is too funny!! I never received my order and when I tried to address the issue, I was told it was a system error and I could and would not receive the order even though it was in stock and paid for. Last time I will use Macy's for anything. Someone made a mistake at Macy's and unfortunately I was the one that had to tell my son...sorry no Christmas present as promised.

The one glass was great, however inaccurate web description and uninformed customer service representative both stated it would be set of 5, called in to confirm it was 5 and only received 1. Very disappointed with Macy’s on this.
