Ornament had a couple of air bubbles in it, so it is going back. Also comes wrapped in paper inside of a bag instead of a well fitting foam insert. Was planning on making it a yearly ornament purchase, but may stop after the 2 I have and go with another brand if this is the direction their quality is going.
Waterford Dove
We have gotten a Waterford Ornament for my daughter. The dove is the 37th one we have purchased. I love the dove - it is one of my favorites!

I’ve been buying an ornament every year as a gift for a family member for many years and have watched the quality of the ornaments and pkging decrease for the past several years. They use to be so elegant but not so much anymore.

i get Waterford ornaments every year for my grown children. I like the metal branch hangers and not the leather-like ropes. Packaging has declined from years past, and they were not part of the Friends and Family sale for the first time.
Yes and NO
The bird is great but there is a reason why they are not showing the blue string. It's cheap makes the whole thing look bad. Now I must go out of my way and purchase a better option of displaying this ornament. Not like Waterford to do something like this.
