TOTAL DISSATISFACTION

I ORDERED THE WATERFORD GIFTOLOGY HEART BOX, AD SHOWED TWO PIECES, I RECVD THE PKG, DIDN'T OPEN THE WATERFORD CARTON, WRAPPED IT FOR CHRISTMAS, WHEN THE RECIPIENT OPENED THE PRESENT THERE WAS ONLY ONE, O-N-E, PIECE OF THE HEART BOX, I'VE CALLED CUST SVC AND TRIED TO GET THE OTHER HALF OF THE HEART BOX AND I WAS DENIED, THIS IS ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'M GOING TO CALL THE BANK AND SEE IF THEY CAN REVERSE THE CHARGE,

Terrible customer service

I ordered this May 1st to give as a gift and I contacted Macys customer service when I noticed that it wasn't being processes. I was assured that the order was processing. Today May 8th I received a notice that my order was cancelled by Macys due to being out of stock. HOWEVER I AM ON HERE NOW MAY 8TH AND ORDERS CAN STILL BE PLACED ONLINE FOR THE ITEM THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY OUT OF STOCK. Macy's has really gone down hill. I will purchase my gift giving items elsewhere, and let my friends know about this terrible experience so that they too can avoid Macys.com.

Very disappointed

Item arrived without gift box. Just bubble wrapped. This was intended to be a wedding gift and I was extremely embarrassed. There was not enough time to go and return so I had to make due
