Disappointed
First, I don't usually take the time to review items that have issues. I like to review items I am pleased with, but usually just return defective items with nothing else said. However, I feel this issue needs further attention. I was so excited to purchase this Waterford frame for my brother's wedding gift. I have multiple other Waterford items in my home and have always found the quality to be excellent. This frame however was a disappointment. While the crystal and the design are as nice as any Waterford piece, beautiful, sturdy and a gift to be proud to give. However the back of the frame has problems. The clips that hold the back of the frame to the front have a brown rust color debris that spreads to the beige frame backing when you remove the back to place a picture. After contacting Customer Service I returned the first frame and reordered another. The Customer Service representative advised that this item comes directly from a source outside their control and is not available in the stores. Therefore there was no way to inspect a new frame prior to shipping. Unfortunately the new frame arrived with the same issues. I am very disappointed to purchase such an expensive gift that has problems. It would appear however that all frames may have the same issue. Very disappointing.

Works well with a formal wedding photo. Elegant and timeless, as is every piece of Waterford crystal I've ever owned. Looks beautiful on the piano with the family pictures. Frame was considerably heavier than I anticipated , so pick the box up with both hands!
