Never received the item
I am very disappointed. I never received the item. I bought it as a gift. Received a notification that it was delivered and found it on the map to be two towns over from where I live presumed it was on its way. Then the next day (within 24 hours) I received a notification saying it was being returned and found it in the state of Maryland over 500 miles a way. I am very confused and still waiting to see a refund be reflected on my account. I now have to find a last minute gift because it never arrived and now need to worry I get my refund. It's supposed to be beautiful, but I will never know. I've never had issues with Macy's before and my mom ordered an expensive gift from them around the same time and received it no problem.
