Great service

I had the best salesperson Tamisha. She knew her inventory and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The items I bought were too heavy for me to carry. She called and had Mills carry the items to the car. I have never had this good of service in any department store at the mall.

Not so much about the glasses as the shipment

The glasses look like they might be really nice, but it is hard to tell in the shape they arrived in. That is what I found when I opened the box. The Waterford box was placed in a cardboard box with no packing material around it. Clearly, the Waterford box bounced around in the shipping box and the photo shows the outcome. I will say the customer service rep that I spoke with was very nice and quickly reordered the item. I am waiting for the delivery...we will see if it comes in the same condition as the original! Macy's needs to do a better job of packaging items for shipment!
