Beautiful glasses

Michelle and your personal shopping group at the 34th street store were amazing! Fabulous customer service, who verified the glasses were in stock and pulled them for my arrival. The glasses were an engagement gift for our daughter and her fiancé who were thrilled and love them. They began using them the very same day the were received.

Broken crystal

One of the glasses was broken in two places. Since Macy’s doesn’t carry a nice selection of crystal in their stores, customers must order on line and risk broken merchandise.

Macy's Strikes Again

We ordered this online to be shipped. It arrived in a timely manner but was so poorly packed by Macy's that both glasses were broken, not just broken but completely shattered. They did not put the foam top piece that locks the crystal into place in the box so they were just bouncing around in the box during shipping. We were refunded our money and bought them elsewhere, and we received them intact. Classic Macy's

Beautiful design for a classic style

I have several items from the Lismore Essence stemware collection and these do not disappoint. They are beautiful as expected and an elegant styling to a classic shape. These are on the larger side capacity wise, so not your petite coupe. Plenty of room for a generous cocktail.
