Bad business
Disgusting I never received the glasses. They sent 4 Christmas ornaments which I returned the next day. Here it is more than a month since I first ordered the glasses and I still have not been credited. This is an egregious business practice and I'm going to hire a lawyer. The stress and anxiety is eating me up.

The set of Waterford crystal that was sent was incorrect and packaged very poorly. The glasses were rattling around inside the original box because there was no foam on top to hold them in place. I ordered a set of 4 different glasses, what I received was 2 glasses each of 2 glasses. My order looked like it had been returned and someone at Macy’s was hoping to pawn it off on an unsuspecting victim. I then had to go through an exchange process. Although they took care of it, my nearest UPS drop off site is 30 miles away. Inconvenient at best. My replacement is as expected and will work well.
Beautiful, sturdy, and expensive
We searched high and low for this set. We love that they are 4 different styles. Waterford makes only the best, and the quality is great (but the price shows it).

You cannot go wrong with Waterford, always a classic. These are beautifully cut crystal glasses with very good weight. Each glass has different design. Great addition to your bar or as a gift.

Can't beat the elegance
The quality on these glasses are by far the best. May be a little bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Adds elegance to anyone's at home bar

Buy but beware
The glasses are very nice and feel like the premium product they are, however I had an issue with mine and I didn't get the expected support from Waterford. Please note that my review and concern is about the manufacturer not Macy's. These glasses have been handled with extreme care, no dishwasher, no mishandling and no abuse (I also don't have any children or or pets). After a couple of months I found one on the glasses cracked (see pictures). The glass had no impact and was entirely undisturbed. I reached out to Waterford to ask if they can explain or provide any potential root cause since I have the 3 other glasses. I was not necessarily looking for any refund, as I understand these are fragile objects and they probably will not believe my story. But they didn't show the slightest interest at all in investigating further. For the price of this product I was expecting more. As the pictures show, this was a clean break with no clear impact. So buy at your own risk.
