I want my purchase all my money back

I purchased a six piece queen set comforter, never received it. I ordered several comforters this one I didn’t receive. I have been back-and-forth with emails and phone calls everyone tells me that it would be reviewed and I would get a confirmation of re-shipment never received it. I spent $268 thinking I was getting the deal because they were on sale. Shame on me. I am beyond upset everyone I talk to tells me it’s gonna be resent Only to find that three of the four persons didn’t even record the phone call. So disappointed.
