A Used Item not in Pristine Condition

I collect one Waterford ornament every year. Yes, the packing and box is part of this collection. Unfortunately, this year the ornament I bought from Macy's came in a box that had greasy fingerprints all over it. Also, it looked like this had been sent back as it was not in the usual pristine condition that Waterford ornaments are sent out in.
