Shopping for a wedding gift at Macy's was actually a pleasant experience. The customer service staff were courteous and friendly. And in almost no time, the Waterford stemware gift was purchased, wrapped and on its way to the bride. All that was left for me to think about was what to wear to the wedding. :-)
