poor packaging

Whoever packed these glasses failed to pack them so they would not break. They arrived in 5-6 pieces! I just hope that I can get another set!!

This is the 9th set of Waterford Wishes Happy Celebrations Toasting Flutes that we have given for wedding gifts.We make certain the bride and groom receive them well before the wedding so they can use them on that special occasion.The tradition is now being passed on by 2nd and 3rd generations which is extremely satisfying.
