Wrong item

I was sent the wrong item I originally ordered dodgers in XL but it switched to this i don’t know how but yea returned it back

Other occasion to buy:Ordered LA Dodger fleece, 3 separate attempts. Each time, Macy sent the wrong item. The third order was placed with assistance from customer service. ALL information was varied as correct. However, the “shipped” email shows wrong item being sent.

Macy’s cannot fix error

This item was ordered 3 times. Once via phone with Macy customer service rep. EACH TIME, the wrong item was shipped!!!
