Ordered Nuggets and got sent Bucks sweatshirt

Macy’s sends the wrong team sweatshirt. Sports team items are not interchangeable. If you are out of an item, just don’t send it. Sending another team creates more work for the customer and more packaging and fossil fuel us.

Macys keep changing the team after you it

People order a specific team because they are a fan. Seems obvious. When Macy's stock is out of your team they just switch to another team and send you that instead. For real???. As if doing the online return process and taking a package to a UPS store is free time we all have. Just cancel the order if you don't have it Macy's, don't send out a different sports team (never ever).

Not sure if the jacket was good

I was not able to get the Denver Nuggets jacket. I ordered it twice. And their website continued to bring up other teams. I could not get Customer Service to understand what was going on. Until I spoke with one of them and she tried to place the correct order for me online. She also got to see what the website was doing and selected another basketball team. I’m very disappointed in Macy’s website they should’ve said it was out of order. Not sure if I will ever order anything online from Macy’s again!

Bait and Switch!!

Three times I tried to order this sweatshirt with Golden State Warriors logo. Three times the ordering system switched the team. Twice to Bucks and once to the Nicks. I specifically ordered Golden State Warriors. I even called customer service and asked them to order it and the same thing happened, the team was switched.
