Extremely disappointed

I also ordered a Dodgers jacket and received an Atlanta Braves one. I was looking forward to wear my Dodgers jacket!!!

Macy's let down

order jacket twice received St. Louis Cardinals and another team had customer service order it and theirs was the Astros Macy should think twice when they choose vendors because you're letting the customers down

System glitch! wish I would get the correct item

Same situation as the other review. Ordered the dodgers jacket, somehow the system , switched my item automatically to the giants item after order placed. I thought maybe I was the one who made the mistake. Was able to cancel my order before shipped. Tried to order again, making sure I ordered the right item, and yup of course, the system did it again. Save yourself the trouble, don’t do it lol

Sooooo disappointed

I tried to order the Erin Andrews denim jacket, Los Angeles Dodgers. But what I received was San Francisco Giants. I couldn’t get in the car and drive to Macy’s to return that horrible jacket fast enough. Then I call customer service to report something is wrong with the website, and when I order a Dodgers jacket, in the cart it flips to giant. customer service could not help me. I have never seen such a weird glitch in all my decades of online shopping with Macy’s. So disappointing.
