Wrong Item sent

Ordered LA Dodger jacket received SF Giants jacket. Called Macy’s and had the rep reorder replacement Dodger jacket, received confirmation for Boston Red Sox. Immediately called to cancel and was told if I reorder I would probably NOT receive Dodger jacket because the vendor was making the change. Very disappointing, Macy’s should contact vendor and have them list this item as sold out or unavailable instead of substituting for other teams.

Dodgers jacket

I was very disappointed and had to return the dodgers jackets for my daughters . I requested dodgers and they gave me giants . I called and redid the order and had the same problem . I would not buy this item . Just a waste of time and when I go back to the Macys website it is still listed as available. I do not know why this has not been fixed if the jacket is no longer available.

Don’t buy WEAR by Erin Andrews

Don’t buy from this vendor!!! I order the Los Angeles Dodgers jacket and received the Giants jacket instead. Big mistake, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. People make mistakes. So I order the Dodgers jacket a second time, and got the freaking Giants jacket again. Are you serious!!! How awful!!! Someone is playing a joke in this company. You don’t send a Giants jacket to a Dodgers fan!! Are you kidding me!!! It was not a mistake. The WEAR by Erin Andrews company for some reason think that it’s acceptable to send items that were not ordered to customers instead of what they ordered. If an item is not available, inform the customer! Don’t send me an item that I don’t want, especially of a team that I (as many Dodger fans) don’t care for!!!!! This is bad customer service. Nevertheless I returned both jackets and got my money back. I love shopping at Macys but will never buy the WEAR brand!!
