3 attempts , still the wrong item

I was so excited to give this to my Mom for Christmas. It was a Philadelphia Phillies jacket. I ordered it and a Chicago cubs jacket arrived. I tried 2 more times and each time the system changed it. After 2 attempts to call customer service, no relief. First they told me to reorder and and the wrong one came. Then they reordered for me and the confirmation still showed a Cubs jacket. The woman on the phone was very nice, and let me know that it was out of stock and refunded me. I would have liked something more for all of the hassle, but it was not even suggested. I had to order another jacket elsewhere. Disappointing.
