Terrible sizing

The vest is good quality and it looks good, however the sizing is terrible; I am on the leaner side and size and M it's just so tight just below the chest that makes it very uncomfortable, unbearable. The issue it's at the chest, not even the belly. It's a shame for this quality vest, no wonder why it's being sold at 60% off. As much as I like the looks and the hood, it goes back to the store
