Great product but received used products!

I love the design and the elegance it provides in real life. I think it’ll be great for both tea and coffee and highly presentable for guests. My only problem is that they shipped what seems to be used products. I purchased 3 of them and while one seemed to be new the other two have visible stains. Although they can be washed off not happy I received used products!

Cute but tiny and way too think to be a bone china

Bowl is cute but way too small. I needed a few bowls for a matching 5 piece set. Their noodle bowl is gigantic and this one is way too small. Why just not make an average size salad bowl? Also it’s extremely thick. Not like their other pieces from same collection. Keeping it but not entirely happy.

So disappointed in Macy's I have been a card holder since 1978. I was Platinum then Gold now you have me at Bronze and I can not believe I did not spend enough last year. I tried to buy this on the above on a wedding registry and it would not take my Macy's card. I used a Visa. I guess I will not need my card anymore. I tried to find out if this would be on Friends and Family but not able to. Too much work to wait.
