Good Product,Terrible Website and Customer Service

Be careful of the bridal registry site, it defaulted back to ship to the bride even though I changed it to ship to my address. This happened to half of those at the bridal shower who ordered gifts. You have 30 minutes to cancel but the chat customer service took 40 minutes to “investigate” only to tell me the 30 minutes elapsed and they couldn’t cancel it or change the address. Customer service by phone said they could cancel it and placed a new order to my address. “Fool me twice.” The original order still went to the bride and the 2nd went to me.

Classic but still fun!

These plates made of bone china look fabulous for afternoon tea! The could look wonderful displayed in a China cabinet. However I display the boxes they come in, as they are truly chic!
