I’m so disappointed. I love the color and style of these chairs and was super excited to put these up but two chairs have stripped screw inserts inside the back legs making them impossible to tighten. Trying some home fixes as I would really love to keep these chairs and make them work. Some of the holes don’t align accurately making them difficult to assemble. What should have been a quick assembly took entirely too long
With only one of the pair safe to sit on
I appreciate when Macy's and other retailers with good reputations for quality give global companies a chance to sell to me. However, I have to urge Macy's management and its customers to avoid WestinTrends and similar middlemen. I purchased one of these sets of 2 dining chairs, and the upholstery is real (I think cotton?) velvet, and is nicely worked. Unfortunately the chair legs are quite a different story. One chair is unusable, because you can't secure the back legs to the seat frame. The legs are missing an internal metal piece so the bolts meant to attach the legs to the seat just spin, there is no way to secure them or tighten them. I sent an email to the Westin Trends contact but never heard anything back. If you only want ONE dining chair, and you are willing to pay the asking price, good luck. Maybe your chairs will have all of the required parts. It's sad that we can't have nice things any more!
Beautiful but too small for normal adults
These chairs are beautiful to look at, not at all comfortable though. I would need a lumbar pillow. Also the back is rounded I felt like my shoulders are squeezed by the sides of the back of the chair. Overall the chairs are SOOO small!! I'm 5' 6" and 135 lbs ... these chairs feel and look like miniature furniture. I'm so disappointed and will have to return them.

Threads missing on chair legs
The chair leg was missing threads so it could not be fastened with screw
Badly designed and cheap quality
These were 5he hardest chairs to put together. The holes were not lined up and the overall quality of the chairs were not sturdy. Originally, I was going to buy two more but decided to re-posted my old study chairs instead.
Dining for 3 vs 4
Chairs are beautiful but one of the legs arrived without the inner screw to tighten the leg. Went to Home Depot and they said they see this so much they they’re sold out. This is something they that’s manufactured at the warehouse.
