Disappointed

I’m so disappointed. I love the color and style of these chairs and was super excited to put these up but two chairs have stripped screw inserts inside the back legs making them impossible to tighten. Trying some home fixes as I would really love to keep these chairs and make them work. Some of the holes don’t align accurately making them difficult to assemble. What should have been a quick assembly took entirely too long

Velvet chair

I love the style of the chair. Nice quality. However, on the website it is presented as a bright Orange color and when I got it it was actually closer to a dusty pumpkin. Not bright at all.

Rotten wood

Zero stars!!!! Forced me to give one star I purchased this item as a gift. The wood was rotten. Macy's nor Westin Trends want to take responsibility. Ms. Valerie in customer service was not helpful and just horrible. Do not buy any products from this company, EVER.

With only one of the pair safe to sit on

I appreciate when Macy's and other retailers with good reputations for quality give global companies a chance to sell to me. However, I have to urge Macy's management and its customers to avoid WestinTrends and similar middlemen. I purchased one of these sets of 2 dining chairs, and the upholstery is real (I think cotton?) velvet, and is nicely worked. Unfortunately the chair legs are quite a different story. One chair is unusable, because you can't secure the back legs to the seat frame. The legs are missing an internal metal piece so the bolts meant to attach the legs to the seat just spin, there is no way to secure them or tighten them. I sent an email to the Westin Trends contact but never heard anything back. If you only want ONE dining chair, and you are willing to pay the asking price, good luck. Maybe your chairs will have all of the required parts. It's sad that we can't have nice things any more!

I bought my chairs they are absolutely gorgeous. They were not hard to put together . I plan on buying two more different colors

beautiful chairs

I just received 6 of these chairs in navy blue. They are so nice and comfortable. They are easy to assemble. Only issue was one box had no bolts to attach legs. Hoping they will send them to me.
