I liked these sheets at first, they were soft and cool to sleep on and the color is nice. However after one washing with cold water on gentle cycle they are pilling in random places, not in others. Now they feel rough in places, the fabric feels fragile (a thread has pulled already) and I don't hold out much hope for them lasting long,. Very disappointing for expensive sheets, and if I hadn't already taken them abroad I'd return them.

The sheets are soft to the touch but pilled terribly after about 6 weeks with regular washing. They feel like we are sleeping on terrycloth.
worst sheets ever
washed twice and bottom sheet has pilled at feet and torso. fitted sheets elasticity is so cheap it will not stay around the mattress and bunches up when sleeping on it, making it very annoying. the king size pillow cases are so big and shapeless they could not possibly fit any king pillow and i cant use them.the material is so cheap and thin. i would never recommend these sheets and will never buy sheets again from Macy's....
Time will tell
My first set began to "pill" at my feet after only about 3 nights sleep. After rechecking the reviews here I decided to get a replacement set. Macy's was great about replacing them. The new set got washed and put on the bed last night. They feel absolutely divine as they are now. Hoping they stay this way ! I will update later if possible.

They are like a silk-sateen feel, very luxurious. The price was very reasonable so I bought 2 sets.
Feels great
These sheets feel luxurious without a steep price. The color was just what I wanted, though not an exact match to the picture. The fit is not quite as tight as I'd like on my Cal King mattress, but might be better on a deeper size than mine. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.
Exceptional value
Softer than you can imagine. Larger size top sheet is a very nice feature. Feels like Spa sheets, thick, smooth and soft soft soft! They wash and dry nicely. If you take them out of the dryer when the dryer stops they are wrinkle free. Leave them in for several hours and they are practically wrinlke free. The wrinkles smooth out with your hand.
