Box severely damaged

I gave it a 3 star review because of how it arrived to my home. We will not know the condition of the actual product until summer but it came shipped in the original box that was completely beat up and ripped. I would blame shipping but the box had clearly been taped back together prior to shipping. There was 2 big ripped holes in the box and now I have to figure out how to wrap it and make it look appealing to an 8 year old. Very disappointed with the first impression. Hopefully given the beating it’s gone through that the actual product works.
