Great earing but the worst experience picking them

The earing are beautiful, but no body knew how to give me the earing, supposedly the order number i had didn't match any purchase and they had them in their hands and even like that with my purchase order in hand they were asking me for the bard code I had I was getting mad about that until they call someone else to help the lady who was helping me, I went to 3 different departments and nobody knew what to do.

Earrings

My granddaughter loves her new earrings. I love the fact that it has a“leaver back” which provides a more secure closure and less chance of getting lost. This fact drove me to purchase a second pair for my other granddaughter.
