Never received items or refund

It's interesting you send me this because the items were never shipped. I got a tracking number that was never fulfilled with items. I've messaged and called multiple times about getting a refund and still haven't. Also, Macy's doesn't apparently give the refund, another seller does. I will never buy from Macy's again. I usually try to shop small, and this confirms that I still will. Screenshot is from Feb. 25th and the items were out for shipping Jan. 28th.

Fun earrings

I brought these earrings because they will match everything. The cubic zirconia stone is larger than I hoped but I still wear them as I think they are fun. I have a pair in gold tone and the cubic zirconia is a more realistic size.
