Nice style, but…

Item description does not indicate that the material is “sparkly”. Style is very cute. Would have kept if it weren’t for the sparkle.

Every time I wear it I get compliments. It's something that could be dressed up or down cowboy hats and cowboy boots or nice black pants and heels.
