Unhappy

It a nice shoe but I found it to run rather wide. I am going to have to go down a half size and hope that they will still fit. I wear a 9 1/2 med … this 9 1/2 is very wide and slips on my heels when I walk. So I am a little disappointed in the shoe. I haven’t try to get another size since after I received it the invoice tells me it’s a none return item. If I can’t return I just threw away money and will never purchase shoes again from the website
