You have done an excellent job on every regard.

You have done an excellent job on every regard. Initially, I talked with a young lady on the phone who answered some questions I had regarding your coffee and the company. She was very professional and helpful. I subscribed after that and your timeliness on delivery has been spot on. The roasting and freshness have been very good. The Guatemalan has a nice subtle flavor. I'm thinking about trying the Ethiopian soon.

This is not a light roast. It's dark. And the bag

This is not a light roast. It's dark. And the bag I got must have been old because the beans were oily and stale.

It's not as good as other Ethiopian coffees I've

It's not as good as other Ethiopian coffees I've had. I had to adjust the amount of coffee as well as the amount of cream several times before landing a combination that makes the coffee acceptable to me.

I cannot drink this coffee. I wanted to try

I cannot drink this coffee. I wanted to try something new (new roaster and new coffee) and regret my decision to risk a 2-lb. Purchase, especially since that amount is hardly "fresh-roasted" by the time I get to the end of a bag. But most of all, after several attempts to modify the amount of beans, the grind, water temperature, etc., I just had to admit it's just not good. Anyone who rated it with 5 stars want a mostly full bag of espresso beans?
