a true dark roast bold and smooth flavored

Excellent dark roast just as described with just the right notes. Brews great shots for a slightly bold latte or americano. Fyi, the shiny oily dark beans are a darker roast that bring out more of a smoky roasted flavor, especially in the espresso crema. Ordering again.

You have done an excellent job on every regard. Initially, I talked with a young lady on the phone who answered some questions I had regarding your coffee and the company. She was very professional and helpful. I subscribed after that and your timeliness on delivery has been spot on. The roasting and freshness have been very good. The Guatemalan has a nice subtle flavor. I'm thinking about trying the Ethiopian soon.

It's not as good as other Ethiopian coffees I've

It's not as good as other Ethiopian coffees I've had. I had to adjust the amount of coffee as well as the amount of cream several times before landing a combination that makes the coffee acceptable to me.
