Wish I started on this years ago!

I didn’t realize how unbalanced I was until starting Myo & D. My typical PMS symptoms were migraines, insomnia, along with the usual cramps, random spotting etc etc. After starting taking inositol, I have slept like a baby every night, had no spotting (until implantation), and no migraines! I’m not sure if it was the inositol or just a coincidence that the same month I started taking it, is the same month I finally got pregnant!

Amazing!!!

Love this product so much! I’ve been taking for about a year now and have seen my cycle completely normalize. I have always had irregular periods and actually got my period within hours of taking these when I first started. Game changer!

All good changes!! GET IT!!!!

Improved overall mood, helped with weight loss, definitely help with hormones because the 2nd week ya'll I was being more feminine as to softer voice and body movement which was very noticeable to me even moving my hands in a softer manner as I talked.. I was like woowww... I usually don't feel or move like that. All in all good changes. Lesser pain in periods!

Virtually eliminated PCOS symptoms
