Never received order

I am very disappointed that I never received my order for the Wild Pair Women's Eliian Block-Heel Dress Sandals, which was supposed to be delivered on or around August 31, but who knows again I never received them. The tracking information provided has not been updated, every email said they are on route and now my package seems to be lost. I have attempted to resolve this with customer service, and now they are no longer available in my size. This is a very frustrating and disappointing experience. again I never received the shoes. After multiple emails stating that it was on it way, that never happened. I was anticipating the arrival according to the date sent in my email and after a week of no shoes I finally called and emailed to find out the holdup and when I contacted customer service the solution was a refund. Again, I am disappointed in the way this was handled and now I don't have my shoes for the special occasion to complete my outfit.

This shoe is for someone with extremely narrow feet. I am narrow feet but this is just too small. Uncomfortable. I’m returning them.

These shoes are adorable! They are well made and very comfortable. I'm glad I sized down 1/2 size per previous reviews. I normally wear a 7 but ordered the 6 1/2 and they fit perfectly!
