Scammed

What happens to your staff Macy? I ordered 5.5 size in shoes and you sent me 8.5! How can I wear it? Now I have to waste time and money to send it back. I might not even get my money back because it’s on last act! This is HORRIBLE! Been shopping at Macy for 40 years! So upsetting.
