Disappointed with Macy's

I ordered these shoes in size 7.5 on December 31st, and they sent me one shoe in size 9 and the other in size 8. I returned them, and I haven't received my money back since. 😡

Sizing was not correct.

I purchased the black patent leather in my usual size10 but felt more like a 9 in length so sizing in my opinion was off. It had a scuff marks on the top front of the shoe which was very obvious and stood out, so not good. The style is cute, which got it 2 stars.

Received the shoes, but it looks like I got a pair that were tried on first. The packaging was missing all the things needed to keep the shoes looking unused and the soles were dirty as if someone had walked with the shoes. Other than that, the shoes are cute.

Very pretty but came with a little scratch

I absolutely love these shoes. My only issue is that on the right heel a tiny scratch is just below the outside ankle area. However, it is very minimal and unnoticeable when on and outside.
