heel slip out when waking

i absolutely love these shoes but the heel slips out when walking. the stretcy part of the buckel strap stretches tooo much that it doesn't secure your for from slipping out each step you take. it's very dissapointing because i love these so much. they are very comfortable. they fit no problem. i took pics for reference but theres no option to upload them to show. im going to get heel grips to see if that helps. if not i will have to return. sadly

Online vs In Person

I was excited to get these, so disappointed when I opened the box! Definitely not what I expected, quality looks so inexpensive and part of the shoe shows large amounts of glue used. What happened to quality control? Not sure if these were returned or just overall poor quality.

New shoes are cute but we received dirty used ones

Sent USED dirty shoes. We ordered online for instore pickup, drive just under an hour to pick them up, opened box to dirty disgusting crusty shoes. Not impressed. Walked right back in and returned them.
